1. click the ellipsis and select 'edit web content'
2. on another tab, find the page that you want to link
3. when you have found the page copy the URL
4. next, add a hyperlink to the text by highlighting the text that you want to be hyperlinked
5. click on the link button 
6. paste the URL into the URL box
7. click "ok"
8. finally, publish or save as draft

3. next, highlight the text that you want to be hyperlinked
4. click on the link button 
5. you can add an email address by switching from the default URL option to email
6. once you have entered or pasted the email address, select "ok"
7. finally, publish or save as draft

To link to another page on the site

1. click the ellipsis and select 'edit web content'
2. highlight the text that you want to be hyperlinked
3. then click on the link button
4. click “Browse server”
5. select “Public Pages”
6. find the page and select your page
   Note: we link directly to the page instead of the URL, so if the URL ever changes the link still works

To upload a single document, or several documents at once, go into the documents and media folder.

1. to locate this folder, open the left-hand navigation menu, open Content and then select Documents and Media
2. next, find the relevant folder by clicking through the category folders
   Note: If you need to create a new folder, click the big plus button and select “folder”:
3. once you are in the correct folder, you can add one document “basic Document” or several at once “multiple documents”
4. then, select "choose file" and give the document a relevant title
   Note: give files relevant and specific titles, otherwise they will be hard to find.
5. to upload the file/s click "publish"

To link a document in the text:

1. click the ellipsis and select 'edit web content'
2. highlight the text that you want to be hyperlinked
3. then click on the link button
4. go to Browse server
5. Documents and media
6. find the folder you want it to sit in the lowest relevant folder (e.g. Content creation instructions > create a training page)
7. then click "select file"
8. once you have chosen the file, select "open"

To add an image or a video to a page, please first check with [email protected] stating the reasons why an image or video adds value to your page.

The reason that we limit images and videos is that users aren’t interested in ‘decorative’ images that add no meaning. They can hinder the user experience by taking up space and increasing page load times - especially on mobile devices.

Call to action button

To add a call to action button, text must first be linked.

1. click the ellipsis and select 'edit web content'
2. highlight the text that you want to be hyperlinked
3. then click on the link button
4. once the text has been linked, you then click on “normal”.
5. scrolling up the list should give you the option to select “call to action button”
6. finally, select "ok"
